Founder and President of Private Funding Consultants
Roy is a co-owner of Future Technology Homes, Inc., a company that builds energy-efficient homes in Texas, and also co-owns Millennium Technology Corp, a property management and financial investment company, and Adastra Consultation, a business consulting firm.
Roy has been on a life journey of education, business, and engineering – to Roy, they are all tied together. With a MSEE from California State University, Northridge; a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies and Computer Science and an MCSE from Cal Poly, Roy is a certified money broker. Personally trained by some of the top business entrepreneurs in the industry, Roy has the background and experience to help any aspiring entrepreneur become successful.
Besides testing the big jets for Boeing, he has run numerous successful companies including R Harris Enterprises, LLC; Capodimonte Home Décor, the second largest of its kind in the world; Future Technology Homes, Inc.; Millennium Technology Corp, and Adastra Consultation.
Roy is the author of several books and a complete course in starting a business located on ULearning.com. With his diverse background and a history of helping, coaching, and consulting new entrepreneurial clients coupled with his ability to teach subjects in a clear and easy to understand style, it only made sense that he would eventually make helping aspiring entrepreneurs his chief priority. Believing that it is the responsibility of everyone that has been given help to return that gift by helping others, this is now his life’s goal.

Lisa works hard in order to know the different areas and keep up with rapidly changing real estate trends and statistics to pass on to our clients and keep them informed. Lisa’s background includes interior design, real estate appraisal, and general contracting including remodels, new construction, sales, and marketing. Lisa also has extensive experience in buying homes below fair market value, fixing them up and selling them quickly (also known as flipping).
Lisa is also a licensed and bonded interior designer and staging professional. When Lisa stages a home, she believes that it doesn’t always have to be expensive to look good! Having learned a lot of thrifty tricks over the years, including how to make a space warm, inviting, and luxurious for less, Lisa can show you how to get top dollar and sell a property quickly. That is the key for a home flipper – every day unsold is costing you money.
The daughter of a fourth generation Builder architect, Lisa grew up in Bellevue, WA where her grandfather, two uncles, and father built hundreds of homes on the Eastside, winning numerous awards for their designs and builds. Through this, Lisa learned the value of hard work, integrity, and what great planning and design can produce.
With this diverse background, Lisa can share her experience with anyone who is considering purchasing investment properties. Her intent is to bring different aspects of real estate expertise together to help our clients find the “right” properties and then how to get the best return on investment. David H. Bialik

David is an independent contractor, working as Director of Photography and Editor. He began his professional career in video production after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Film Production at Fairhaven College.
He spent nine years at KVOS TV in Bellingham, WA., working commercial production and shooting promotional material for sponsors like McDonald’s of Canada, shooting and editing news feature stories for broadcast. Bialik also filled many different positions on live studio productions.
Bialik worked for KCPQ (Q13) in Seattle as a studio hand-held camera operator for “Mornings Live on Q”, also working as a promo photographer and photojournalist.
In 2002, Bialik Foto Werk was created to meet the independent production needs of corporate, small business, film and feature story productions.

Howard has owned his own accounting firm since 1994. He and his team can support you in all your financial needs from accounting, taxes, and bookkeeping, and can perform a complete financial audit of your business. Your biggest expense is going to be taxes; we can usually cut your tax bill in half.
He has 40 plus years combined experience as an accountant and full charge bookkeeper as well as a tax preparer, A/R, A/P, payroll, and banking specialist. Additionally, Howard has worked in project management, budgeting, business start-ups and workflow coordination, training, sales, collections, and administration. Howard specializes in business and financial consultation and accounting software cleanup. He also does startup consulting and implementation. He advises business owners on what kind of retirement accounts to setup and works closely with our self-directed IRA team.
His clients include real estate investors, contractors, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, services, actors/actresses, musicians, e-commerce business, and more. Howard is a Certified Pro Advisor for QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Point of Sale, and a Xero Certified Partner. He does many webinars and seminars throughout the year to maintain certification, doing over 18 hours of Tax Preparation training each year. He is currently a co-organizer of the QuickBooks Users Group in Seattle, WA through Meetup.com since 2009.
Howard is a veteran and served in the US Air Force, US Air Force Active Reserves and US Navy. He is a life member of the Air Force Sergeants Association and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Howard is still active in the DAV; he is the past Adjutant (Secretary) of the local Chapter and was the Treasurer of DAV for the State of Washington.

A 2010 graduate from Central Washington University, Dusty received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications with a minor in Information Technology. Shortly after graduation and experiencing a few jobs in the corporate world, Dusty discovered his passion for owning his own businesses, not only to work independently, but to serve and help others. Kindred Agency is an advertising agency and Dusty’s Mobile Detailing is a detailing company who comes to you. His extensive experience in customer service is apparent in not only his two businesses, but through donating his time and services to local charities in the Seattle and outlying areas.
Dusty is a very self-motivated individual and has a drive to always get better. With these qualities, his main goal for Private Funding Consultants is to help your business grow and create jobs for more people.
In his spare time, Dusty is a lover of sports. You can find him enjoying University of Washington Husky football, The Seahawks and The Mariners. When it’s not raining, he will be out on the golf course.
